Both Applique & Filled Designs come in all Sizes: 2.2", 3", 4", 5", 6", and 7".  Smallest size is inside-out / bottom-up fill pattern for ball cap embroidery but can be used for any article.

This a digital file for machine embroidery, not an iron on patch - you will need an embroidery machine to stitch it out.
